Spirits DALMORE - Aged 12 years in ancient bourbon casks in white American oak, the distillate is then separated into three types of sherry barrels: Amoroso, Oloroso and Matusalem for another three years. Finishing it off in this way adds a rare balance and great finesse to the wood, spirit and maturity.
