Finish includes dried fruit, lemon zest and oak spice delight the palate, before finishing with a woody and honeyed sweetness.The hextagonal bottle is inspired by the Giant’s Causeway’s Stones, one of the most mythical and iconic formations, crafted by mother nature in our backyard, Northern Ireland. The name ‘Sexton’ is derived from the Medieval Latin word sacristus, meaning custodian of sacred objects.
